Thomas General Contractors is a fully licensed and insured construction management and general contracting firm that has provided Construction Management, General Contracting, and Design-Build services along the Front Range since 1989. Our broad project resume ranges from multi-phase large scale developments, to ground-up retail, office, government and medical projects. We have extensive experience with historic renovations, completing numerous historic renovations throughout the downtown area, in addition to numerous restaurants, school district, and mixed use projects.

History
Thomas General Contractors was established by Ray Thomas Sr. in 1989. Just two years later in 1991, his son Ray Jr. came to work for him, estimating, superintending, and project managing. He had to find his own work, estimate it, and run it. Eight years later in 1999, Ray Sr. was ready to retire, and he handed the reigns of Thomas General Contractors over to Ray Thomas Jr. Ray Jr. runs the company today, and his strong dedication to quality, honesty and integrity are values he ensures are shared by every employee within the company.
